Always order online then pick up on way home - order was supposed to be ready in 30 min and it takes about that much time to get there from work so I thought I had timed it right however, after I got there I ended up waiting another 20-30 min - 3 others came and left before I got my order and the delivery guy left with pizzas right after my order so what's the deal - it's not like they make their pasta dishes from scratch so it shouldn't take 1 hour - must be the new owners who were also there but not working but greeting friends who came in
We are regulars but the food we got today was unacceptable and I had to return the Philly the boss as if he had a nasty attitude and it was my fault they try to give us burnt old hard Philly cheese steak the new steak he gave us the bread was hard and hardly no meat or cheese I told him Ty he didn’t apologize or say your welcome this food use to be so good but the last two times has been horrible like we will definitely not come back and a horrible way to treat your regulars that’s money wasted!! He can keep his attitude as well!!!
Super kind people. I went there almost at 10pm and was serve immediately with a smile on the man face. The food was very cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this place to friends and family members.
We ordered here multiples times and every time the food is usually good and their meats are HALAL. Not sure if all the meats are. Please ask when ordering if you are concerned.1/18/24This order didn’t go as expected. Food was okay but it arrived after an hour and it was not as hot as i wanted it to be. No cutlery in the bag, no napkins, and found a hair in the ranch. Called the place and they transferred me to another number which never answered.They should be careful when delivering food.
I'm never ate this pizza really like their baked lasagna I've always gotten delivery I mean mind you it takes about 45 minutes hold my food at 6:15 p.m. I didn't get it until 7:00 21 that was more than 45 minutes I'm very disappointed but the food is good I'm going to add photos whenever the delivery comes but the food is totally worth it I paid $21 for all this food I'm going to cost more somewhere else
I ordered from Pizza Vino and spent $59 plus $9 in tips to total almost $68 and I ordered mild wings and they came with no sauce. I called the restaurant and they said, the manager was not there so they could not do anything about a refund, but they could bring me some sauce back out. The original delivery took abt 2 hrs and the sauce came abt 1 1/2 later and we already ate. I mean..who forgets to sauce your wings and ask you to do it. When this place is on point they are good, but when they aren't..they are bad. Never the same experience twice and I have more bad then good. Below is the pic of naked wings then the second is where I sauced my own chicken. Ridiculous! They are nice, but they never take accountability when they deliver you a messed up order!!
